Quite a worrying article in the Independent today (20 Aug) about the risk women are facing spending time alone in a hospital, just as a result of where they live!
This was highlighted by a human rights charity, Birthrights, which campaigns for respectful pregnancy care for women.
People are frustrated and really losing patience that you can go to the pub and hairdresser but at such a significant moment in your life, you can’t have someone with you,’ says campaigner.
