Perineal Massage Oil

This Perineal massage Oil can be used at any time, to help massage you perineum.

It particularly effective when used after the Epi-No Delphine Plus.

Important note:
Do NOT allow this massage oil to come into contact with the Epi-No balloon

The best regime to follow when using the Epi-no and perineal massage oil is as follows:

1. Have a warm bath - this allows you muscles to warm up and fully relax
2. Use the Epi-No, including the pelvic floor exercises and stretching exercises
3. Massage the oil into the perineum.
4. Repeat this on a daily basis from 37 weeks
